ASA.P® — Topical (via the skin) pain control for skin pain
ASA.P® is Auxesis Pharma’s topical medicine for skin pain, developed for fast, local treatment of irritation, inflammation and pain directly in the skin.
It is based on the world’s first stable, liquid form of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) and is designed to treat pain where it occurs — without burdening the rest of the body.
ASA.P® provides effective pain-control effect for insect bites, wasp stings, jellyfish stings and other skin pain.
What is ASA.P®?
ASA.P® is an over-the-counter, topical (via the skin) pain-control medicine applied directly to the skin. It is developed to treat both everyday discomfort and sensitive types of skin pain.
Today, there is no other OTC medicine that removes pain and irritation in the skin in a fast and targeted way. Available products often provide a cooling or temporary effect — but the effect wears off quickly and application must be repeated.
Unlike tablets that act via the bloodstream, ASA.P® is applied locally, which means it:
- penetrates the skin
- acts directly where the pain occurs
- reduces swelling and irritation locally
- provides faster pain-control than oral alternatives
